Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with packaging, box, and all accessories included. Discounted products or special offers are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Conditions
Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, following the same return conditions.
If the exchange is due to an order error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs.
If the exchange is requested by the customer for personal reasons, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Products that have been used or have damaged original packaging. Custom-designed or engraved items with names or special phrases. Watches and electronic accessories after use or removal of protective covers.
